1. Club Kitchen Gift Cards are sold and delivered by Club Kitchen, and by purchasing one, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 2. Gift cards are non-refundable, hold no cash value, and cannot be used with any promotional offers or discounts. 3. If the value of the card doesn’t cover your total purchase, you’ll be responsible for paying the difference. Unused balances will not be returned or credited. 4. Gift cards can only be used online at https://order.clubkitchen.ca/restaurants for delivery or pick-up and cannot be redeemed at in-store kiosks. 5. Club Kitchen reserves the right to cancel any gift card obtained fraudulently or, in the case of business closure or transition, any outstanding gift cards. 6. Gift cards do not expire, except for promotional and bonus cards. 7. Any disputes related to the gift card will be resolved under the laws of British Columbia. Club Kitchen is not responsible for unauthorized use, lost, or stolen cards. 8. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
